There are six very good, and very new, historical battles, that will be sure to challenge you. It features a new campaign map and many new units. It is set in the 4th century BC, and the player is Macedon, a rising nation faced with powerful enemies. Luckily, the Greek Peninsula is already under your control, but you will need to defeat the barbarians to the north to secure the northern flank before you aim your armies at Persia.<br /> <br /> ==Features==<br /> Rome Total War - Alexander has seen quite a few changes to the engine, as well as new in game features. <br /> ===Engine Changes===<br /> The Alexander engine is different from the RTW engine.
