Sétanta, better known as Mudd (and always being mispelleeld as Setanta), is a Patrician, Civitate, Librarian and ex Councillor de Civitate/Councillor de Pacis. He is also done writing in the third person, and the rest of this article will be in the first person, okay? That's better. Anyways, I am supposed to be doing homework, so this will be disjointed. I joined TWC on October 06, 2005 after lurking since about September of 2004. I was introduced to this site in my Cooking class, one of my friends knew that I was interested in a new game that was about to come out: Rome Total War, and he knew that this site had some stuff on it. So I lurked, until finally I decided one day, "ahh what the heck, I have been lurking for a year, why not join." And so I joined. By March 26, 2006, I was a Civitate. Apparently I had been noticed for my posting in the Political Mudpit, but every time I look at my old posts I shudder and wonder how the hell I ever was promoted. If I was a CdeC member then (actually, the CdeC didn't exist back then), I most definitly would have voted against myself. Cool, huh.

Anyways, I posted merrily for a while until the staff reforms where I went beserk opposing it, got demoted to Civitate and then got promoted again. Yay! Then I posted along for a while until summer 2006, when one late night I was talking on IM with a couple friends, one of them Katrina, who I introduced to the site. She went on to become a global moderator, and although she pretends her patron is Nihil, I really am. I also patronised Crimson Scythe, another Mudpit extraordinare, and Drak10687, an extremely skilled moderator who designed the settlements in the awesome Chivalry Total War. Sweet mod, by the way.

My name is Sean. I go by Mudd, or in TWC's case, Sétanta. Good for me. I live in Redmond, Washington, the home of Microsoft, which explains my ardent defense that Microsoft doesn't want to take over the world, and even if it does, all the better for me. I am Irish-American, with relatives in Washington, USA; British Columbia, Canada and County Cork, Ireland. I am very conservative (duh). I am opposed to gay marriage (but not gay people!), abortion, and support free marketism, with some restrictions. I have been labeled as a Neo-Con, but I don't like being described as anything. I like Girls and Swimming. Girls are awesome because...well, you know why, and Swimming is the greatest sport on the planet. That's right you gooby nerds who like RTW too much, an athlete! Run away!!!

I hate...hmmm. What do I hate. I am like the most chillaxed person evah. I hate white cheese, and utah and communists and toast and light (wait...no, light is good). Yeah, cool. I am done.
