Page Deletion
Basically, the policy is don't delete a page unless its a spam page, or you know exactly what you are doing. Often articles can be merged and a redirect created if there are two on very similar topics. Other than spam, if anything, deletion only applies to pruning old categories/templates that have fallen out of use, and should of course be undertaken by Wiki Staff only.
