Paul Dacoste aka Emperor Paul, and later just Paul, is the founder and former Site Director of Total War Center's direct predecessor mtw.gamercastle.com. When the gamercastle network shut down, he went on to create the Total War Center as we know it today, originally at the url www.legiontotalwar.net

For his services to TWC, Paul was voted the honorary rank of Divus.
