This file is Rome - Total War: Alexander (1.9 onward) only feature, not working with Vanilla Rome - Total War and Barbarian Invasion. This file allow game to load custom .wmv video at the startup before main menu.
Syntex of this file is....
{can_skip/no_skip} { path to video from where exe file is )
'can_skip' allow video to be skip upon push key escape
'no_skip' make video could not be skip while it plays.
path of the video is reference from location of exe file as here is example of how vanilla Alexander file reference to their logo video
no_skip alexander/data/fmv/Intro_Titles-2.wmv
NOTE: This file not support in Vanilla Rome - Total War and Barbarian Invasion.
