Total War: Shogun 2 has a unique feature called arts. Arts are important technological and cultural developments that, when mastered, can give your clan the advantage over its rivals. They are divided into two categories:
- Bushido- The way of the warrior, for the military arts
- Way of Chi- The way of wisdom, for government and economics.
