The Ranks
Total War Center is unique in its format. The Syntagma, a sort of forum constitution, delegates specific responsibilities and privileges/powers by rank, allowing the membership some say in the day-to-day operations of the site. A body called the 'curia', composed of members in good standing, is the primary vehicle through which the Syntagma is mediated and altered.
