The campaign will span from 616 BC to 359 BC, with 2 turns a year, resulting in a total of 514 turns. Since the starting date is near the end of the Archaic period there will be reform/s (in the same style as the Romans had in [[Rome: Total War]]) to simulate the large changes in warfare. There will also be several invasions by the emergent faction, the Persians.
