this document is no longer called the Syntagma, the term is obsolete
its the Constitution
This is why i dont want to change the rank names also - most of the TWC information here is now out of date... -Spiff
article title should be changed to constitution as Syntagma is defunct term - but I'm not sure its worth reproducing it all here unless someone can undertake to keep up with changes. Pre-amble with link to current document on TWC would seem safer than being perpetually out of date.... -Makanyane
