The only mod on TWC that is set around the American War for Independence, The American Revolution mod or "TAR" is a completely new experience from Empire's take on the Revolution as this mod adds Darthmods AI fixes, now the AI will actually be able to fight back. This mod also adds many new units to the American and British armies. The most unique thing about this mod is the campaigns; you have the option of choosing three different campaigns the first one is the 1700 Colonies campaign that allows you to be the Colonies of Britain, Spain or even the Native Americans. The second Campaign is the 1775 campaign that allows you to be either the American rebels, Indians or the European powers... also did I mention Pirates? The Third campaign is the campaign of 1783 where you can be the newly formed United States, Native Americans or The European powers. This is a great mod for Revolutionary war enthusiast and it is a vast improvement upon regular Empire Total War.
