Naples & Sicily in an emerging faction in Empire Total War. It emerges in Naples and Sicily (the southern region of the Italian peninsula plus the island of Sicily) and starts as a Catholic absolute monarchy. In Ch4 off the Road to Independence campaign the nation has already emerged and has already developed both a trade port and a dockyard.
