Site Service Awards are given on the basis of Activity, Merit and Length of Service in a Staff Department, or in the CdeC before its abolition.

Staff Awards
Moderator's Mace
Moderators are rewarded for extended periods of service to staff with the Moderators Mace award. Bronze maces are awarded for time served as a Moderator for a period of three to five months, Silver for those who have served as moderator for a period of six to eleven months, Gold for periods of one year to one year and five months, Emerald for time served as a Moderator for a period of one year and six months to one year and eleven months, Ruby for periods of two years to two years and eleven months and Amethyst for periods greater than three years.
Maces may be awarded to moderators sooner than the aforementioned time thresholds, at the discretion of the Administration, as rewards for outstanding performance.
