Description
The good earth is the source of all power.
The shinden improves clan influence and tax-rate effects. Primarily concerned with land and financial oversight, this is an organization that oversees all government business. The day-to-day issues of running people's lives, collecting taxes, and making sure that criminals are arrested are left to lesser departments.
Other Information
The clan-chain is a critical part of your clan's economy and its ability to control its territories as it increases the provincial tax-rate, resulting in more koku being collected per turn, and it spreads your clan's influence, which is helpful for converting a recently conquered province and providing a small degree of protection against enemy Junsatsushi.
