A diplomat is an agent whose main purpose is to establish alliances, trade rights and more. For spesific info on what each agreement does scroll down.


Alliance - Makes peace between you and other faction. May be broken

Establish Trade Rights - Allows trade with other faction. Increases income. Is a MUST for begining of the campain.
