Epistolary Richard, or ER as he is sometimes affectionately called, is one of the most important modders of the TW series. His contribution ranges from scriping work for Europa Barbarorum to contributing to the work arounds around various supposed hard coded limits for Rome: Total War.
He recently renounced all and any ranks on Total War Center.
