Create_unit cheat query

Can someone tell me how to reactivate the cheats that RTR modders have decided to edit out of the game? The create_unit cheat does not work at all and I want to use it. 121.210.36.244

To be honest I didn't know you could edit out the cheats! I thought that was hard-coded. Problem might be that they have removed the unit that the cheat refers to, RTR is likely to have used the maximum number of unit slots up.
