The sound txt files are nice to hold your mod small, but the files are not complete.

there are some sound events wich let your game crash to desk.

most of them is by clicking on a unit like merchants, diplomats and rebell armys..

the game will crash in this momemt you click on the unit, because the game is trying to start a corrupt sound txt.

i dindt found the corrupt file because the errorlog dont show anything but the crash to desk.

so far, perhaps the files will be completed or corrected.
