Carthage Details (RTW Faction)

Carthage's position is similar to the Greek cities' situation. The settlements are spread out apart and your are assailated on multiple fronts.

The Settlements

You begin out with a collection of spread out settlements. This provides a major disadvantages. For one thing should your cities ever become besieged, it is almost impossible to send a relief force in time. Also, a centripetal population happiness factor is the distance from the capital. The farther away a capital is, the unhappier the citizens get. This means that Palma and Corduba are one of your most unhappy settlements later on in the game.
