Cleanup Discussion

What: The list of medal recipients should be removed from the page. Instead, it needs to link to the Medals page on the forums. Medal descriptions are also provided by the Constitution and are authoritative, so listing those here would also be redundant.

Why: This page is impossible to keep up to date, and provides no information not already available. The page linked to above is automatically updated by the software, so by maintaining a separate list here we only will confuse people and create more unnecessary overhead. The wiki should only include information which isn't more studiously updated elsewhere(automatically or manually), or it just means more work for less utility.
