Ref; your comment on your user page about not being able to see difference being a patroller.... If you view Special:RecentChanges you should see some revisions (which weren't made by a Sysop or a Patroller) have a little red exclamation mark by them - that means they haven't been patrolled (i.e. checked). If you click the 'diff' button by them you see what the change was and you should also see a link which says 'mark as patrolled', under the text with the date of the revision on right hand side - if you click that it removes the red exclamation mark and takes that revision off the list of edits to be patrolled so next person to look at changes list knows they don't need to check it - it's especially usefully for IP edits which might be dubious..., and also stops your own edits being flagged as needing checking to make it easier for others to pick out the non-staff ones that are more in need of attention.
