Following the verious revolutions of Latin America in the early-mid 1800's Simon Bolivar helped form the republic of Gran-Colombia in 1819. It fell in 1831. In the ETW campaign it is the result of a successful rebellion in Colombia where it emerges as a Catholic Absolute Monarchy.
