Use the form below to block write access from a specific IP address or username. Fill in a specific reason below (for example, citing particular pages that were vandalized).

Please follow these guidelines when blocking:

• Do not block IP addresses for more than about a month or two. They frequently do not belong to a single user, and certainly will not belong to the same user forever. Ideally you should start out with blocks of perhaps a day, and escalate.
• Users may not really understand the idea of a wiki, and may not realize that their changes will actually take effect, or may want to see what happens. Don't block people right away if they screw up pages; give them a polite message first on their talk page ({{subst:test}} ~~~~ for instance).
