To use this template simply copy the following code on to the top of a vandalised page on the wiki, and the Wiki Director or anyone with Administrator permissions will deal with it as necessary. For pages that are entirely spam, please use the Spam Template instead.
And, use of the template adds the article into Category:Vandalised Pages to be found easier.
