Category talk:ROP Factions

Umm guys, it's nice to see all this work going into Wiki - but some of your page titles are likely to be wanted for general subjects Athens, Sparta etc... and it could get quite chaotic if all mods try and name pages this way. We've already got an issue with SPQR being wanted for mod page and RTW faction page. Was wondering if you'd either need to re-name (move) them to "ROP Faction: Athens" or "Athens - ROP faction" - probably the latter... Or create pages so they have general info on Sparta at the top then ROP faction info as sub-heading..

I'd prefer moving them so titles are "Athens - ROP faction" or similar and could do that for you if you'd like. Opinions? --Makanyane 15:07, 20 May 2007 (CDT)

Those arn't even the faction names.. it should be lakedaimon (Sparta) and Athenai (other greek factions are Taras (Tarentum) and Kyrene.. would be nice if they had their proper names but I have no idea how you change that... that would be best since their already in ROP factions Jebus 16:31, 20 May 2007 (CDT)

To re-name the page you use the move tab at the top of the page (near the edit one). That actually is in effect re-naming it - it's called moving as you 'move' it to a new URL. If anyone had bookmark to it before that might be broken - but that shouldn't be much of an issue at the moment, page will still be in category.

Try using the move function to change them to what you want - but I'd still advise putting "- ROP faction" or something at the end - that keeps things nice and separate incase other mod has similar factions.
