  • Parameters: logic token, level
  • CA Example: RemainingMPPercentage >= 35.8
  • CA Description: If this character has not moved this turn, he should have maximum movement points left. Test for percentage remaining. Will almost never be exactly zero, so check for < 10
  • Battle/Strat: Strat
