One of the Greek factions in the Rise of Persia modification.
Athens was renowned for their navy and their position gives them any options. Their closest trheat, Sparta, can be contained with if you keep naval domination. Across the ocean, your Ionian brothers are in need of help against the Eastern Despots. The Athenian army is also second only to Sparta and will have no trouble smashing any infantry thwon against it.
