For Staff Lists - these should be formatted to suit the Staff page and transcluded to any other pages attempting to list current staff members. Note that some templates can be redundant; this is so they can be used in different contexts. What updates on the staff page is first priority. For non-staffers seeking to correct discrepancies, an accurate technical list of users for many groups can be found here.
