-Ugh, got to M in civitate list adding to new category then realised that having separate civitateand  artifex lists when now anyone can change designation on TWC on daily basis is possible odd!

-Problem isn't with people category, but if artifex etc is optional moveable designation do we need to give up defining members into civitate / artifex categories?
