This mod has a simple goal which is to slow down the overall "speed" of the game to create a more realistic development for the human player. The game is much harder than the cake walk vanilla game so prepare yourself for a challenge. You can still conquer the world but it will be extremly hard as it should be.

A Proper Empire balances combat, morale, and battlefield effects. Pricing changes in units, buildings, and research costs will challenge you but new units, new technologies, and additional benefits from many other changes to Empire will be available.
