The Modding Spotlight

Radious: Total War

The Radious: Total War modification team has updated their mod for compatibility to Rome: Total War Patch 9 and various downloadable content packs. The Radious Graphics Mod is not yet fully compatible, but the AI Mod, three Unit Packs, Battle Mod, Economy and Research Mod, and Campaign Features Mod are. Users can now choose and combine hundreds of their desired Radious: Total War modifications of the newest game of the Total War Series, Rome II, with patches and DLC from the Creative Assembly.

You can find more about the release and the Radious: Total War mod here.

Imperial Splendour: Rise of the Republic

ISROTR image.png

Imperial Splendour: Rise of the Republic 1.0 is the latest in the Imperial Splendour Mod series for Empire: Total War, following on from its highly successful predecessors after a lengthy development process. The mod concentrates on dealing with the revolutionary period of the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Starting with the end of the American War of Independence in 1783, and running up to 1804, the mod adds a colossal number of new features and models. Building on the system used in previous incarnations of the mod, faction economies are highly modified, new military equipment has been added, and there are a staggering 80 entirely new units. Though currently a beta only concentrating on Britain, France and Haiti, additions are planned that will enhance the other factions on the map as well.

For more information head to the mod's Hosted Modification Forum on TWC.
