The permissions defined in this list, while not legally binding outside of TWC, are binding and enforceable at TWC by any and all TWC staff. Should a member wish to have their mod or work listed on the registry, the member must submit an application to the registrar, stating their name what they do, any work they have released, and their wishes as to how their work is used.
