About Ngugi

Ngugi from Sweden registered on January 17, 2011, due to interest in Third Age: Total War. He became a citizen in April 2012. He was a local moderator for the Third Age Total War hosted mod forum between the autumn of 2012 and August 2016.
He is well known for knowledge of, and more so for sharing knowledge about, the creation and mythos of Tolkien, generally in the Tolkien General Discussion threads.

Modding

Ngugi mod TA:TW primarily and Medieval 2: TW Kingdoms exclusively.
He is the project leader of the TA:TW submods DCI: Tôl Acharn and W.I.P DCI: Last Alliance; together with Withwnar, Araval, Curufin, Earl of Memory, Veteraan, xHolyCrusader and with the aid from many, many more.
For the sake of DCI: Last Alliance videos for previews and lore have been produced, and made public on Youtube.

Ngugi was the sound modder [a.k.a "sound janitor"] of the ceased Warhammer based mod The Sundering, as well as former sound janitor and recurring operations manager of MOS during 2011-2012.
Lastly he is the creator of a couple of [TA:TW] minor submods;

In media

Spring 2015 Dark Storm wrote for the Eagle Standard an article named Modding Legends: Interview with Ngugi.

The Ferrit

The avatar of Ngugi seemingly have a life, and no doubt a fan club, of his own. Acording to the legend the pink-eared mammal is the result from a ferret and a rabbit [rumoured to be the Killer Rabbit of Caerbannog] who met an intoxicated night out on town.
The Ferrit first appeared the summer 2011 and have since been seen as, among others, Batman and Sith Lord; any temporary absence has led to immediate requests for his return.
He maintained co-operation with the ElvenKind's late cat, Bubi, and they were the foes of the mouse of Mank.
