The Political Mudpit is a forum devoted to the discussion, and debates, about politically oriented subjects. The Mudpit can be found in the Discussion and Debate section.

Overview

As opposed to the Political Academy, which deals with abstract subjects, the Political Mudpit deals with concrete topics. These topics vary widely from recent events to the discussion about the behavior of nations worldwide.

The Political Mudpit has its own set of rules, in addition to the Terms of Service. These rules were made to “create an atmosphere conducive of a polite debate in which political ideas are discussed peacefully”. Ad hominem are possible as long as they do not break the rules.
