TWC channel is intended to be open to non-members too, though we'd obviously like them to join TWC and not just stay on discord, it's not solely for registered members. "open to existing and potential members"???? Or "our chat which is also open to users that haven't yet registered on TWC", that's not getting any better...
Problems with registering
We need to note that the initial confirmation email may take a while to arrive, as well as the look in your spam folder bit, that's already been mentioned.
Suggested mechanism if you haven't got the email is to message the TWC Twitter account, @twcnet https://twitter.com/twcnet. (with a note that it might sometimes take a day or two to reply)
Staff using bold coloured text
Whilst all the depts could in theory (and may have done so at some points in the past) the only depts that should be doing it regularly are Modding Staff (to explain about moved theads / edited posts to update links etc) and the Moderators and Hex when talking about moderation "issues" and/or explaining moved / edited posts etc.
Could we please just not mention it under the Content and Gaming sections? As it's not something we'd normally do, and we don't want people to think something we've said about competition rules, for example, isn't official because we didn't put in bold colour!
