Medieval TW Viking Invasion

I know this is an old game but how do you do crusades? I can spend a lot of time 'building' it but then I dont know how to set off? Any help? Magnus 05:09, 24 September 2007 (CDT)

I've got manuals for MTW and Viking Invasion but games aren't loaded at moment. Viking Invasion doesn't mention crusades and I'm not sure if it is a feature in that or not, not sure how it would fit in! The original Medieval TW says "Only Catholic factions can launch crusades, and they need a Chapter House to create a crusade marker, which appears as an option in the province's training parchment..." can summarise more of that section and add something here or to MTW specific page (not sure which way would be least confusing) if that helps. Have you tried looking on forums for other info? There obviously isn't much here about MTW / VI at moment and it's not likely to be something many people are looking for. -Makanyane 11:46, 25 September 2007 (CDT)

Medieval II : To create a crusade, gather a General with at least 8 units, then left click General. A Mercenary screen pops up and in the bottom left corner hit the JOIN Crusade button...
