The purpose of the NSA's spam-bots (which pretend to be commercial) is to prod the website-owner into making security-related changes to the website's program, in the hope that such a change or changes will mandate the use of javascript by the users. Once all of the users of the wiki then enable javascript in their browsers, then the NSA's "shooter" servers, which do man-in-the-middle actions, inject their own javascript into the emulated webpages, which, at the very least, hijacks the users browser and allows the NSA to use that browser to make unseen actions in the background, like participating in DDoS attacks.

It really shoud be a federal capital offense to abuse one's position of authority for disruptiv purposes
(either on a wiki or anywhere else) by forbidding anyone frum cunverting the phoneticly inferior british spelling
to the phoneticly less-inferior american spelling, or by forbidding anyone frum making even
the slightest of phonetic improovments, under threat of punishment.
Apparently it iz true what they say, that no good deed goez unpunished.
If that guy's dominance-asserting aggression gets any wurse than it already iz,
then I'm running for wiki-director to replace him.
