Cut Content is game content that was at some point being worked on internally but didn't make it into final release or wasn't made available to use in some way or another. It is believed that many of the units for both Barbarian Invasion and Rome Total War were already being worked on before Rome's release in 2003, due to their appearence on Decisive Battles, so this article will cover both Rome and its DLCs.
