To add, edit the page and fill in the all caps bits. Source mode is easiest to do this:

If a member is alphabetically first, have the first line stuff on their line. If there are multiple members (for example multiple wiki team people), keep them together and make a best-guess alphabetical sort with that rule in mind.
The list may be split up if there is an explosion of staff growth requiring multiple fleshed out teams and directors, but until that day this is the master setup for listing Content Staff and most other lists for Content should be considered obsolete. If the Content Hex changes be sure to update Template:ContentHexList and other applicable templates such as Template:WikiDirector. Basically update what appears on live pages still. This will hopefully be cleaned up one day to make sense to more than DFK...
