I launched this effort on TWC through [https://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?818902 this thread] originally. Things have looked up a little since that time but the owner's absence remains an issue and I believe this project has value in any case, both for reviewing/optimizing what is currently available and so TWC is not left in the cold should the site go down and never return.
