:Different usergroups had different avatar byte size limitations until just now, for some reason. I've set it to 80 KB now for everyone. It could be higher, but since the image is so small you'd have to have a really lengthy animation to need it to be higher, so I'll wait until someone complains before raising it. Anyway, I've clarified. —Simetrical (talk • contribs) 16:24, 23 July 2007 (CDT) | :Different usergroups had different avatar byte size limitations until just now, for some reason. Avatars
where did 80kb come from? the actual on forum text for 'Edit Avatar' is:
Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 177.7 KB (whichever is smaller). If it is larger than 80 by 80 pixels, it will be automatically resized.
which is correct? Also there is page at TWC:Avatar which needs to be in line with this / linked to / deleted as appropriate. -Makanyane 17:29, 22 July 2007 (CDT)
- Different usergroups had different avatar byte size limitations until just now, for some reason. I've set it to 80 KB now for everyone. It could be higher, but since the image is so small you'd have to have a really lengthy animation to need it to be higher, so I'll wait until someone complains before raising it. Anyway, I've clarified. —Simetrical (talk • contribs) 16:24, 23 July 2007 (CDT)
Personnel
I don't see the point of listing many of the personnel, such as the content writers. I'm inclined to list only Hex and the Senior Staff and content editors, it becomes a pow to update everything as its so large and changes so often. Any thoughts about junior staff? I'll give this a week or two and if no one has any objections I'll edit. - Professor420 21:33, 16 August 2007 (CDT)
- Maybe have links to the forum leaders page/wiki categories for all of them? Or have a template that lists all of them, that can be used in various places as needed? —Simetrical (talk • contribs) 23:51, 16 August 2007 (CDT)
- Is there a way to make the Forum Leaders page linkable by section (anchor point links?)? So I can link to the Junior Moderators, Administrators, etc. - Professor420 15:31, 17 August 2007 (CDT)
- Added. Click on a group name to get a link. —Simetrical (talk • contribs) 21:17, 18 August 2007 (CDT)
