This so-called "maintenance" reeks of an NSA mandate letter.

Re: "Currently, TWC forum is down for maintenance. The Wiki is still online for now."

I strongly suspect that this so-called "maintenance" means that "GrnEyedDvl" has received
a mandate-letter from the ironicly-named "NSA / National Security Agency",
which demands javascript and/or a javascript-dependent email address for essential functions,
and/or demands TLS-1.3 encryption for the site to load (all makers of TLS-1.3-compatible browsers
have been commandeered by the NSA, which has demanded that they remove their
javascript-disabling option therefrom).
I won't know with absolute certainty until the forum comes back online,
and newly exhibits one or more of those traits.

I have noticed that this wiki now demands TLS-1.3 for an encrypted connection,
and this has occurred right-after the NSA's "QUANTUM" DDoS attack upon this website,
so this is already showing all of the tell-tale signs of the NSA.
I woudn't have been able to access this wiki if it weren't for the unencrypted option.

Anyway, I'm sick of the NSA's bullshit, and "GrnEyedDvl" shoud file a federal lawsuit
against the NSA for having done this to us, and he shoud report this to every major
media outlet, and most of all "60 Minutes", despite the fact that it's illegal for him
to violate his gag-order by doing so. You have to draw the line somewhere.
