| I strongly suspect that this so-called "maintenance" means that "GrnEyedDvl" has received

| <br> which demands javascript and/or a javascript-dependent email address for essential functions,

| <br> and/or demands TLS-1.3 encryption for the site to load (all makers of TLS-1.3-compatible browsers

| I went to the forum, and saw that the forum, unlike this wiki, still has TLS-1.2-compatibility.

| <br> Also, the forum is now working again for logged-in users, and I see no signs of javascript-mandating.

| <br> Also, I saw that GrnEyedDvl is scrambling-around trying to fix the problem technically,

| <br> whereas, if there were a mandate-letter, then GrnEyedDvl woud most likely be calm,

| <br> and not trying to fix things.

| There is however one very suspicious thing, which is that GrnEyedDvl has inexplicably disabled

| <br> the forum's "social groups", which are, or were, the greatest bastion of freedom on the

| <br> forum, if not the entire internet, so I'm sure that the NSA and other Orwellian intelligence agencies,
