Soulghast, formely known as "Ludwig Van Beethoven", "RTR Fan" and "Agronak gro-Malog", is a member who holds the Citizen and Artifex badges. Ludwig joined the Total War Center at October 22, 2006 in the age of 11 and became a Citizen at March 23, 2007 under the patronage of Perikles. Ludwig Van Beethoven was a modder and a part of many projects. In the middle of April (2007), the COPPA rule was enforced and Ludwig, along with many other members below the age of 13, was suspended. Ludwig returned to the site in October 2, 2008. In addition to modding, Ludwig is also active in the Curial debates and also the proposer of the infamous Peregrinus Council proposal. Before attaining Citizenship, Ludwig (RTR Fan at the time) made a proposal for self-patronization in the Questions and Suggestions forum which his future patron Perikles gladly posted in the Prothalamos. [1][2]. As of October 25, Ludwig has seen his first client, Caradog, attain Citizenship.
