Information
The Consilium de Civitate is a body of 12 elected Citizens who govern promotions and demotions. They vote on whether a member should be promoted from Peregrinus to Citizen, as well as performing other responsibilities listed in the Constitution. If a Citizen has broken the rules, they may also vote to suspend or strip him of his rank. Members of the Cdec who have served two terms recieve a bronze medal, those who have served four terms recieve a silver medal and those who have served for a period of six or more terms recieve a gold medal.
