Descr engines.txt

Desc Engines.txt is used for a few things for Siege engines.

It lists each siege engine and certain Properties of each Siege engine

-The Varias LOD models

-Projectile fired

-The Skeleton

-Whether the siege engine can be ignited by flaming arrows

-ID String
