East of Rome is a modification of CA's award winning Medieval 2: Total War(with a possible port to Kingdoms in the future).

This mod takes up back to the days of the crumbling Western Empire. The Barbarian Kingdoms and confederations have ravaged most of the Western Roman Empire. Now the Eastern Roman Empire which lives on with its capital at Constantinople must defeat the barbarians and the Sassanids.

The Sassanids also too have a problem the Hepthalite tribes and confederations are moving onto the Sassanid Empire.

WILL YOU be able to change history from 451 AD and take a Empire about to crumble and lead it to victory?
