History
Early Membership (February 12-Dec 31)
TWC Join Date: February 12, 2005 Harry Lime's original name was Abrocomos,
As Abrocomos, he lurked for 18 months as a member before making my first post (a record he has been told). Started posting regularly in the DLV forum in May 2007, quickly took up modding. Joined the DLV mod team July 2007-here. Harry Lime became developer for the Deus Lo Vult mod. He became a citizen in September 2007, patroned under Tokus*Maximus,then jimkatalanos and at some point imb39 took him in as a client. In Nov-Dec 2007, he played in a chess tournament in the Coliseum, beating all-comers as black and white.
Starting Moderation (January 20-May 5)
He became a moderator in January 20, 2008. Others starting moderatring duties with him at this time include: Border Reiver, NobleNick, aja5191, VOP2288 and Ragabash.
On May 5, 2008 he was promoted to Global Moderator along with EvM. Annaeus left the mod team leaving the floor open for his promotion.
Late Moderation (20 May - 22 May)
In the same month of May he was promoted to Senior Moderator (dark red name tag). Roman_Man#3 also become a Senior Moderator to help fill in the place that Trajan left. Atterdag become a Global Moderator this day too. Finally, John I Tzimisces returned to mod the TW section.
He finally got a mod's mace this day as well.
Two days later (May 22, 2008) he got an MSN account. In his post he remarked “I may hold the badge of a Senior Mod, I still feel very much a Junior at heart (and a nooby one at that ) so please feel free to point out any areas in which you feel I can improve…”
Recent Events (August 14 - Present)
He hit bright red August 14, 2008 as the Chief of Moderation replacing Imb39. Less then 8 months since being made staff.here
Peoples Thoughts: Extra thoughts by friends of Harry Lime;
Harry always answers people's posts. Offers good, sound advice. Doesn't get cross or silly (mature member). I'd also like to mention his sophisticated humour, and also his fair moderations. Does a fair amount of modding after all that with Repman, DerDrakken and Furin, they think he's a good chap. He's fun to talk too about sports. He's a diehard Newcastle fan, but very open to discussion on football. Our interactions mainly concern sports discussions. He is "One of the foundation stones of TWC".
