The Prothalamos is a subforum of the [[Curia]] within which [[Citizen]]s can make proposals to amend the constitution or enforce a decision. It was originally made sometime during 2003, along with the [[TWC:Curia#Curia_Vote|Curia Vote]] section. According to the constitution, any Citizen may propose a bill or decision in the Prothalamos.
