I launched this effort on TWC through [https://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?818902 this thread] originally. The owner's absence remains an issue and this serves three purposes: to guarantee TWC is not lost entirely if it ever disappears, to ensure something can be done in case of a prolonged non-permanent outage, and to take stock of TWC's condition and be more robust in its hopefully still long remaining life.

Summary

I launched this effort on TWC through this thread originally. The owner's absence remains an issue and this serves three purposes: to guarantee TWC is not lost entirely if it ever disappears, to ensure something can be done in case of a prolonged non-permanent outage, and to take stock of TWC's condition and be more robust in its hopefully still long remaining life.
