'''Soulghast''', formely known as ''"Ludwig Van Beethoven"'', ''"RTR Fan"'' and ''"Agronak gro-Malog",'' is a member who holds the Civitate, Citizen and Artifex badges. Soulghast joined the Total War Center at October 22, 2006 in the age of 11, as RTR Fan and became a Citizen at March 23, 2007 under the patronage of Perikles. Soulghast used to be a modder and a part of many projects at the time. In the middle of April (2007), the COPPA rule was enforced and Soulghast, along with many other members below the age of 13, was suspended. Soulghast returned to the site in October 2, 2008. Soulghast is also active in the Curial debates and the proposer of the infamous Peregrinus Council proposal. Before attaining Citizenship, Soulghast. (RTR Fan at the time) made a proposal for self-patronization in the Questions and Suggestions forum which his future patron Perikles gladly posted in the Prothalamos. As of October 25, Soulghast has seen his first client, Caradog, attain Citizenship.
